Business Adminstration Apprenticeship – Recruit Right Ltd, Blackburn

Recruit Right are looking for a candidate who wants to grow within the business and who is procedure driven, starting as an apprentice and working their way up to become a Team Leader.

As the Business Administrator you will act as first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation and will provide excellent organizational and administrative support to the senior staffing team.

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include;

  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Answering phone calls
  • Provide general office support all management staff
  • Formatting CVs
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

Working Week:

Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Friday 8:30am – 4pm

Total paid hours: 38.5 hours

Weekly wage: £142.45

Training to be provided

  • Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Business and Administration (Standard)
  • Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English, Mathematics, and ICT (where applicable)
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
